We guarantee that our products are Brand New and in excellent condition. You can buy them with peace of mind. Below are the conditions for returning or exchanging item(s).
(1) If you desire to return or exchange items, please do so within 30 days.
(2) The item(s) must be in their original condition which means the item(s) must remain in our sealed plastic bag UNOPENED. If the bag has been opened, the item will be considered used resulting in NO RETURN for REFUND and NO EXCHANGE. ( You can see the size, color and style of the garment through the clear plastic bag without opening it ). The copy of invoice is required for your return or exchange.
(3) The following FEES will be applied for any returned item:
$6.00 FEE for restocking any item less than $25.00 dollars.
$10.00 FEE for restocking any item from $25.01 to $50.00 dollars.
$15.00 FEE for restocking any item from $50.01 and above .
(4) NO REFUND ON THE SHIPPING COST ( after we send out your order to you).
(5) CUSTOMER(S) PAY THE SHIPPING FOR ANY RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEM(S).
(6) If any items are indicated FINAL SALE, IT MEANS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE. IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE ITEMS ARE FLAWED IN ANY WAY. IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT THE ITEMS ARE OVERSTOCKED. Therefore, we want to sell these items at a lower price to make room for new stock.
(7) " DEAL OF THE DAY" is a FINAL SALE because we don't keep track of those DEALS. Such DEALS will only be available until the end of that day. New DEALS will begin on the following day. Again, we gurantee that these items are NEW and in excellent condition. You can buy them with peace of mind.
